SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We offer complimentary expedited shipping* in North America. International rates are provided at checkout. Please note that any applicable duties, taxes / VAT are not included.

Note that we process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We currently cannot update an order shipping address - our system is automated so that all requests are sent directly to warehouse for immediate pick and pack. 

*WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? 

For all North American orders, we exclusively use Canada Post and US Postal Service. All shipments are shipped Expedited Ground Service.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Air Service.

I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?

All items are shipped from the same location, and combined in the same shipment, however multiple boxes may be used pending the size of the shipment.

You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.

 My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery.

If you still can't locate it, please send us a note and we'll gladly help to try and get to the bottom of it.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We gladly accept returns of unused / unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please see our Warranty policy if it is beyond 30 days and one of our products is not meeting expectations.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

To return an item, simply send us a note at support@partaje.com stating which item you would like to return and the reason for return. Your original order details will expedite things along.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Your shipping cost will be on us within 30 days of delivery date. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a shipping label, worry-free.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

To exchange an item, simply send us a note at support@partaje.com

Once your exchange request is processed, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of your packaged return. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You have 30 days from the delivery to return your items, unless covered under our Warranty policy. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaged contents.
